Every Stobbi is made in small batches from solid wood, so a little patience means a piece that is finished properly and built to last. Here is what to expect from order to doorstep.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within a few business days. During launch periods or made-to-order runs, timing may be a little longer, and we will always keep you posted.
Shipping within the contiguous United States is free. For now, Stobbi ships to U.S. addresses only. Shipping outside the contiguous US? Please contact us directly to coordinate your shipment.
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking so you can follow your new friend all the way home.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has left us, and we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
If your tracking has not updated or a package seems lost in transit, reach out through our contact page and we will help track it down.
Timeframes above are estimates and may change with carrier conditions. For current made-to-order timing, please contact us before ordering.
