If your Stobbi is not quite right, we are here to make it easy. Please read the details below, and reach out any time through our contact page to start a return.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit after we process it.
For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.
If your Stobbi arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Gift cards and final-sale items, where offered, cannot be returned. Personalized or made-to-order pieces may be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
